Role Description The Nike Softball Camp Director at Beast ‘Em Sports is a contract, on-site role based in North Easton, MA. The Camp Director oversees daily camp operations, including scheduling activities, managing staff, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for all campers. Responsibilities include running softball drills and games, providing age-appropriate instruction, and reinforcing positive sportsmanship and teamwork. The role also involves communicating with parents and recreation partners, responding to camper and family inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Camp Director is expected to uphold camp policies, supervise risk management procedures, and contribute to a positive, supportive culture aligned with the company’s mission of teaching life lessons through sports.
